Maximum investment period for:

loans – up to 15 years
private equity – up to 7 years

Maximum amount for:

loans – up to 10 million Euro with the following conditions:
1. collateral coverage
2. personal guarantee of the borrower
private equity – depending on the project.

*Interest rate for loans or the rate of the return on private equity funds depends on the type of project.

Prior to an investment, we identify the opportunities to create value. We proceed with the acquisition only if we can actually add value. We enter into an active partnership with management when we invest.
